QHSE-PolicyWe at Vision Concept Principles Advertising Agency GmbH (hereinafter Vision Concept) focus on continuously improving the quality of our services. We are committed to health, operational safety, sustainable environmental and climate protection as well as optimizing quality and assuming social responsibility. Our pillars of quality management, health protection, occupational safety and environmental protection, also known as QHSE, form the fundamental basis for this.
Our goal is to implement a QHSE culture throughout the company by eliminating quality defects and preventing HSE incidents. Through these measures we want to ensure that our company acts even more sustainably and meets the needs and requirements of our customers, employees, contractors and the region in which we live and work.
We require active commitment and responsibility in the areas of quality, health, safety and the environment from all employees and contractors with whom we work. Our senior management and management take on a leadership role and provide support in communicating, implementing and complying with the QHSE guidelines and standards.
1. Quality management
1.1 Objective
Vision Concept strives to constantly deliver high quality services and products. This means that we ensure that our work meets the needs of our customers and that we continuously improve our processes and services.
1.2 Procedure
Vision Concept has implemented a quality management system that includes the following procedures:
- Identification and monitoring of customer requirements: We ensure that we understand our customers’ requirements and that our work meets these requirements.
- Quality Verification: We continually monitor and verify the quality of our work to ensure it meets the standards we have set for ourselves and our clients.
