Vision Concept Principles Advertising Agency GmbH
Public Human Rights ReportIntroduction:
The Vision Concept Principles recognizes the importance of respecting human rights in all aspects of its business operations. We are committed to conducting our business in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of all people, and we strive to ensure that our activities do not adversely affect human rights.
This public human rights report provides an overview of Vision Concept Principles’ efforts to promote and protect human rights within our operations, supply chains and the communities in which we operate.
Human rights policy:
Vision Concept Principles has a Human Rights Policy that sets out our commitment to respect human rights and outlines the steps we take to prevent and address human rights violations. This policy was reviewed and updated in 2023 to ensure it reflects evolving international human rights standards.
Due diligence:
Vision Concept Principles conducts due diligence to identify and assess potential human rights risks related to our business activities, including those related to advertising content, privacy and labor practices. We worked throughout 2022 to mitigate all identified risks and ensure our actions do not contribute to human rights abuses.
Supply chain:
Vision Concept Principles recognizes the importance of responsible supply chain management and is committed to ensuring our suppliers comply with human rights standards. We have implemented a Supplier Code of Conduct outlining our expectations in relation to labor practices, human rights and environmental stewardship. We work with our suppliers to promote compliance with this Code and to address any issues identified. In 2023 we developed and are using a new supplier questionnaire with these obligations.
Employees:
Vision Concept Principles is committed to providing a workplace that respects human rights and values diversity and inclusion. In 2022, we introduced new policies and procedures to prevent discrimination, harassment and other forms of workplace misconduct. We have also been offering training to our employees since 2022 to ensure they understand their responsibility to respect human rights in the workplace.
Commitment to the community:
Vision Concept Principles is committed to supporting the communities in which we operate and working with stakeholders to advance human rights. We work with local organizations to support initiatives that promote education, health and environmental sustainability. Our tree planting campaign carried out in 2022 is also related to this.
Diploma:
Vision Concept Principles recognizes that the promotion and protection of human rights is a continuous effort that requires continuous improvement and commitment. We are committed to upholding our human rights obligations and will continue to monitor and improve our policies, practices and performance in this area in 2023.
