Once a year, LSC invites people to a presentation. Here, talents from all over the world can present their future-oriented ideas and projects. With a little luck, these will then be promoted, developed and supported by Bayer after a thorough evaluation.

Ideas are submitted via a digital platform specially designed for this purpose. And this is where we come in. The challenge of designing a perfectly tailored brand was to create a brand-strong aesthetic that encourages talents to interact in a playful way.
