On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II, the Finkelstein Foundation initiated the exhibition project “Zukunft braucht Erinnerung.” (The Future Needs Remembrance) The project sends a strong message against forgetting – with the aim of promoting engagement with National Socialism and anti-Semitism while strengthening democracy, tolerance, and social resilience.
Through the cooperation of the Finkelstein Foundation with Caritas, the VHS, and the city of Leverkusen, a unique month of events for all age groups was created, making history tangible and experiential. The focus was on the exhibitions “Your Anne. A Girl Writes History” and “Against Forgetting” by Luigi Toscano.
The Vision Agency Group staged an experience campaign for this special remembrance project, combining historical content with emotional imagery and striking tonality to create an impressive overall experience.
From the concept to cross-media communication to the design of accompanying marketing measures – including brochures, posters, banners, social media posts, and an emotional impression video of the event – the concise design and holistic communication created a vibrant culture of remembrance that remains firmly anchored in the consciousness.
